What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM. A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to communicate your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) and arrange key collection.
Does the apartment have Wi-Fi? Yes, and everything works perfectly.
Do you have a pool? Yes! We have two pools, one heated and the other outside the building.
How do I get from the airport to the apartment? By taking the L4 bus, which takes approximately 20 minutes, or by taxi.
Are you close to the centre of Benidorm or the beach? Yes! The accommodation is close to Levante beach.
Is parking available? Yes, there is private parking in the same building, although the parking space is not included in the price.
Are pets allowed in the apartment? Pets are not allowed at the moment.
Does the apartment have air conditioning and heating? It has both and they operate according to the season.
Is the kitchen fully equipped? Yes, we also have a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, and toaster.
What restaurants or attractions do you recommend near the apartment? Near the apartments there is a wide variety of shops, bars, and restaurants. A 5-minute walk from Levante beach and Plaza de la Hispanidad, also called Plaza Triangular. Private parking available in the same building.
