General Terms and Conditions
Before confirming a booking, we recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions.
Inmobiliaria Paraíso, S.L. is a company registered in Spain with Tax Identification Number B03275914 and Tourist Registration Number EGVT 179A, operating commercially under the name BenidormParaiso, hereinafter referred to as the company.

Prices
The prices shown on the company's website are per apartment, stay and number of occupants selected, unless otherwise stated. All prices are in euros unless otherwise stated. Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing bookings, except for any changes in legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities.
To see the correct information on prices and occupancy, add the number of children you are travelling with and their ages to your search.
Services included in the price: Change of sheets every 7 days and towels every 4 days. Wi-Fi. Access to the heated swimming pool in season. Air conditioning. Heating.
Extra services are available at an additional cost.
Not included: Security deposit. Payment on arrival.


Booking conditions

After making a booking for one of our properties, you will receive a written confirmation with the dates, accommodation price, number of guests booked, payment terms and any additional services you have booked.

Payment methods When you make a booking, the total amount will be charged, unless otherwise indicated, for the accommodation, dates and guests selected, using the chosen payment method. This payment will formalise your contractual relationship with the company.

Number of occupants.
For legal reasons, the number of occupants in each apartment is limited and cannot exceed the number of people booked. Please note that any change in the number of occupants may incur an additional charge or result in the cancellation of the booking without the right to a refund.

Cancellation fees:
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. You will be required to pay the full price of the booking if you cancel within 21 days of arrival or do not show up.
If, due to circumstances, the flat is not available for occupancy, “the company” reserves the right to transfer you to alternative accommodation of similar or superior characteristics at no additional cost. If “the company” is unable to find a replacement location, the booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be made.

 

Special requests
Any requests regarding the height of the apartment are subject to availability.
Late check-out is subject to availability and a supplement.

Key collection and guest registration.

Keys are collected at the establishment from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. as a general rule and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. if the apartment is available, at no extra cost. Keys can be collected outside these hours upon prior confirmation by the company and for an additional fee.

All guests aged 14 and over must present valid identification (ID card, passport or NIE) upon arrival. Access will not be permitted without the presentation of this document.
